So Jeff has been very busy the last couple...well, ever since we moved in.  So couple months?  He (with the help of a friend) installed underground sprinklers.  Quite the project.  I'm so proud of him.  Lots and lots of hardwork.

Thank Heavens to our sweet Danny boy for helping us do the final grade.  Jeff and Danny worked a day and a half in the 100 degree weather burrying the underground sprinklers and spreading the top soil getting everything ready for sod.  THANK YOU DANNY !  What a hardworker.  We could have never done it without you!

Amist all of Jeff's busy projects he still finds time to be an awesome daddy.  Here he is reading to our sweet Banks.

We like to take some time out to play.  This is at the Highland Splash Pad.  Banks loves the water!

Justin's Cabin.

Grandma and Grandpa Hamilton got to come visit!!  Yay so fun!  Banks even got to go to church just with Grandma and Grandpa.   (no mom and dad..we had a baby blessing in bountiful)

Bank's first time tubing.  We of course only went like 5 mph.

So the cutest new thing that Banks does is crawls over to the shoe rack and tries to but on his daddy's shoes.  I can't even describe it...it is soooo precious!!

Our finished product!  We had a huge turn out from our ward show up to help us lay sod.  So nice considering we dont really know anyone.  We felt very blessed and grateful.

Danny and Jeff after a very long day and a half (in 100 degree weather)...this is their VICTORY picture.  Finished burrying the trenches and spreading the top soil.

Banks's latest trick:  We say 'summersault' and he does this!  Then we flip him over.  So cute!

The following pictures were taken by our talented Dad- Richard Hamilton.  Thanks so much for the awesome pictures Richard!!

One year ago, Jeff and I's life changed forever...and for the better that is!!  This sweet little angel was sent to us.  Born at 7:45 weighing 7 lbs 3 oz, 19 inches.  He's now tripled in size since then. What a miracle we've been blessed with.  Our little Banks!

And here he is one year later....

This is how Banks started off his day...with a towering belgain waffle.  (He was such a good sport to wear his birthday hat as well!)

The following pictures are of Bank's birthday party.  Yummy cheesey green onion rolls to house BBQ pulled pork.

These were my masterpiece.. chocolate caramel cupcakes (in the blue) and Coconut Tres Leches.  I was pretty excited with how they turned out.  My sweet husband is a pretty tough critic when it comes to dessert..especially cake because its not his favorite...but they passed his approval!!

So this (believe it or not) was Bank's first encounter with sugar.  We've been depriving our little man.  Needless to say, I think he enjoyed it.  Are we surprised?

( I think he's waving to all his family who couldn't be here at his party)

 Daddy helping Banks...

This was Bank's reaction when Mommy said it was time to be done.

Jeff's latest project is working on putting in underground sprinklers.  I'm so proud of him!  He's doing a great job.  Hopefully we're saving a few $$ by Jeff doing this!

Oh, some more sprinkler pictures!  :)
